In this second session, audience members' learning will be more focused on the interactive process. Throughout the 90-minute webinar, audience members will identify when and how the Americans with Disabilities Act and its Amendments (ADAAA) applies to employees. Audience members will also learn how a six-step interactive process can be utilized for handling accommodation requests.
