Join us for a review of the most frequently asked questions received by ESPA Consulting on Fixed-route and ADA
complementary paratransit service. The presentation will include frequently asked questions on operator assistance,
service animals, ADA Complementary Paratransit requirements, and an entire section on the new reasonable
modification to policies and practices requirements effective on July 13th. Presenters are also accepting questions in
advance to be answered following the FAQ portion of the event. The only restriction on the questions is that they
pertain to the ADA and transportation. Topics could include call taking, scheduling, administration, service requirements,
and more. Please send your questions to ESPAConsulting@easterseals.com no later than July 1. Finally, there will be
open Q&A at the send of the session. This is your opportunity to ask anything and everything ADA.
